Processing & Delivery Time
Typically, orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours. Please note that personalized items may require additional processing time. Orders containing both personalized and non-personalized items will be split, with non-personalized items delivered first.
Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be sent to you via WhatsApp, email, and SMS.
Return Policy
We offer a 10-day return policy for all unused and unworn items, no questions asked. However, please note that this policy does not apply to personalized jewelry, except in cases of defective or spurious products. Refunds will be processed after inspection of returned items.
In cases of missing items in return orders, where the customer claims to have returned multiple products but the actual pickup doesn’t include all items, the company reserves the right to deduct an amount up to the full MRP of the missing product from the refund amount. This policy also extends to promotional products.
Return Process
To initiate a return, contact our Customer Support team, who will guide you through the process. Ensure your availability for reverse pick-up, and respond to calls from the delivery partner promptly. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the pick-up, requiring the process to be restarted.
Refund Policy
Refunds for returned products will be initiated upon receipt at our warehouse. Forward and reverse shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refund Options
Store Credit: Receive the full product value as a discount code for your next purchase.
Refund to Original Payment Method: A handling charge of INR 100 will apply due to bank processing fees.
Bank Transfer: Provide accurate bank details for a refund via bank transfer. A processing charge of INR 100 will be deducted from the total order value.
Replacement & Exchange
Replacement or exchange of orders is available under the same conditions as returns. Replacement will be shipped after the initial return has been processed.
